If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. I told him how much I like Indiana Jones and I thought he played a good bad guy. Today I got a big envelope with a signed and personalized photo in it. I think he must have printed out the photo himself. It also came with a little note saying that he was away filming in Canada so that is why it took so long to get to me. Really happy with this.

I sent him an email via his website on March 25th 2009 and he wrote back with an address and told me to send him a big envelope with stamps. So on April 1st 2009 I sent my request along with an additional three items (4x6 Custom Index Card, 4x6 Custom Indy photo and a Trading Card) & asked if he had the time if he’d be so kind as to sign those for me as well. 
Igor sent me a cool 8x10 personalized & signed photo from Indiana Jones as Colonel Dovchenko & he also signed my three items as requested with the Index Card being personalized!! 
Thanks so much Igor! I will not be posting the address, as I believe it might be a private one, so I’m going to post his website page instead & if you want to write and ask for it, feel free to do so.
