If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 1/23/2009 - Hi!! In the mail yesterday I received one of my SASE's and to my surprise, it was from Luke Benward! I sent it to the addy in the database (CESD) but it was so long ago that I can't remember when! Probably in late July or August. I got it yesterday, Thursday January 22nd, 2009. There was no return addy on the envelope. He personalized it, so it says:

7/05/2008 - i went to like google to type Luke Benward on the then it gave me some list on Luke Benward then i seen this site http://www.Lukebenwardonline.com so i click that Followed the instruction Sign up his Club in about 8 days after i sign up and paid $13.00 on his website club by Paypal i was totally Shocked that i recieved a Sign Photo+Letter by mail i am really happy for that site really good site but you have to use paypal to use it though but really good site
