The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. They Printed them all on the A4 Photo Paper and then Folded it in Half!!!
I am going to write to them again when they get new photo's in October-November probably!!!

3/26/2009 - Today I received a signed picture and a letter from the Top Gear Presenters. I asked specifically for Richard Hammond as the letter was written to him and about him but I received, what I'm sure is a PP, from all 4 presenters. The pictures on the sheet are low quality and they look like it was a 2 second job.
I was very diappointed with this.
I used the Top Gear address in the database.
