10/21/2007 - Sent: - 10/10/07 Recv: - 22/10/07 I sent John 5 a letter, printouts, my concert ticket (despite him no longer being in the band) and a SASE, using the address in the database. Suprisingly, just a little over a week, I received my printouts and ticket back signed by John 5 himself!
