If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 2/22/2008 - On Monday,January 21,2008 I sent a letter and$10 dollars to Mike V using the fan club address. Today,February 22,2008 I got 2 large posters that mike v autographed. One just has his signature, but the other one is signed to me, it says To Mathew

12/10/2007 - On 11/10/07 I sent $2 and a letter to Mike saying how he is one of my favorite skateboarders and his band is cool also. Then today, 12/10/07 I recieved a "fan pack" It contained an 8x10 black and white photo(inscribed to me), 3 Revolution Mother stickers,1 Jeep sticker, and 1 lightning bolt sticker(which went on my board 2 seconds after I took the picture.) I would say I did good for $2! You can also send $10 for 2 large autographed posters no stickers. The return address is the same address I sent it to.
