8/21/2007 - Sent to Julia Joyce (young Rose Tyler on Doctor Who) on 8/7/07. I got my picture back signed sometime between 8/16/07 and 8/20/07 (I was out of town, so not sure the exact date). The postmark appears to read 8/15/07, which would mean this success only took about 10 days to reach me, tops, but it's very blurry.
