If you live in send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 9/13/2008 - Hi all. I wrote to Bam on the 19th of August. I sent a SAE, Black Permanent Marker, and "Haggard" DVD insert, "CKY2K" DVD insert, "Bam's Unholy Union" DVD insert and my brothers' "Tony Hawk's Underground 2: Remix" game insert. 8/19/2008 - Hi. I sent a letter, 5 DVD covers and a black permanent marker to Bam on the 19th of July. Today I received my DVD covers back signed (apart from 1 I don't think he saw) and 5 preprints. Amazing success. Gonna post more to him today. Here are pictures...
