8/03/2007 - Wasnt shure it was going to work but gave it a shot anyway. He still gives a lecture every now and then at Texas A&M university. If nobody knows who he is, he has been claimed to have saved billions of people with his wheat reasarch, and making a hybrid plant resistant to various diseases. He is one of a handfull of people to win The Nobel Prize, The Medal of Freedom, and most recently, The Congresional Gold Medal-the highest honor a civilian can get. It was made public nationaly when he recieved the award recently on July 17th. The other 4 people who have won all 3 of these awards are Martin Luther King Jr.,Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela, and Elie Wiesel. Sorry no scan.
