How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Katie Hoff?:

If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

US Olympic swimmer "Katie Hoff" success - September 23rd, 2013
Hoff is strongest in the 200 and 400 meter individual medley, though she is a very capable swimmer in many events, ranging from the four 200 meter events to the 800 meter freestyle. She competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics and 2008 Summer Olympics, in which she captured a silver and two bronze medals.

U.S. Olympic Swimmer Katie Hoff Success - June 25th, 2012
On 6/12/12 I sent a LOR, 2 trading cards, a SASE, and a blank unruled 3x5 index card to U.S. Olympic swimmer Katie Hoff. On 6/25/12, I received the two trading cards back signed. I will try to get pictures posted. The address that I used was:
