How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Reggie Fils-Aime?:

If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. For more information on reply coupons click here. *For information on postage prices to receive a letter from USA click here

4/21/2007 - Being a long-time gamer and Nintendo fan, I decided to write to the president of Nintendo of America, Reggie Fils-Aime. I sent a letter, photo, and SASE to Mr. Fils-Aime on April 7th, 2007, at: Mr. Reginald Fils-Aime c/o Nintendo of America PO Box 957 Redmond, WA 98073-0957 Today, April 21, I received a reply from Nintendo. Outside of the envelope, there was a metal pin backing and a sticker saying that Nintendo owed 13 cents for a nonmachinable surcharge. The 13 cents was attached, so everything is fine. Inside the envelope, Mr. Fils-Aime sent me my picture back signed, along with a hand-written note and attached Zelda "luck pin". Unfortunately, the back of the pin was crushed on the way from Washington, but I just got a new backing, so it's fine. Also, the pin sort of scratched and bent the picture... Anyway, here are the scans: Picture:

I'm really happy with this success! Joel 8) Continue >>
