How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Jack Lambert?:

If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. I did and it said he doesn't sign fanmail unless you pay. Lame. What a waste of a stamp.
The Hall of Fame forwarded it, but his address denied it.
